Hi, we are a community of makers, artists, engineers, hobbyists etc. We have some spaces available in our new warehouse in Footsrcay. The warehouse is 1500sqm all up and we have a range of options for your project. Open spaces, secured spaces etc, hit us up for details, inspections welcome.
80 year old warehouse, well situated in Footscray, this building is full of its own history and we are hiring it for various use, startups, art space, market, cafe etc. The natural light is fantastic, we have 2 large yards for vehicles and outside events etc, high security and possibility to live here too so please come in to have a look, we'll walk you through!
We are situated on the east side of Geelong Rd, walk distance to shops, neat train station.
