Florence St Studio is perfect for rehearsal and development of artistic projects. Ideal for people working in dance and performance - solo practitioners or small ensembles. Noise restrictions apply so it is not suitable for musicians working with amplified instruments.
The space has wooden floors, high ceiling, heating, aircon and plenty of light. There is an adjoining kitchenette with fridge, espresso machine, microwave and anything else you made need. Please note, the space is only available Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm. Different rates apply for people wishing to use it for photography or video purposes. Please get in touch to discuss.
Our space is within easy walking distance of Seddon and West Footscray train stations. There are plenty of great cafes in the vicinity.
