A first floor studio space recently renovated, with plenty of natural light, high ceilings and polished timber floors. Room 3 is a seperate 22m2 room suitable for a range of office uses. A great space to work in. Can come partially furnished or empty, as you like.
Well-lit seperate room that is part of a larger studio space shared between 2 other groups (construction and architecture related industries). The overall space has a bright friendly warehouse vibe with vintage furniture, plants and thoughtful details. We play music (which you can close off to in your seperate room) and have the coffee machine on the go. There are occasional group lunches and ping pong play offs! You can equally keep to yourself if that is your preference. You spend so many hours at work - we aim to make it pleasant!
On a bustling street on the cusp of Seddon & Footscray, close to public transport. Close to Seddon and Footscray shops, bars and cafes. Convenience store across the road. There is plenty of street parking locally.
