Big Desk in Light Filled Co-Working Creative Space

The desk is upstairs in an open plan area inviting inspiration and collaboration with fellow creatives. The space is flooded with natural light and a balcony for sunny days. I am a studio animal photographer - so it’s best if you are ok with animals being around the space, and my dog Ludo is often here requesting someone throw a toy with him and play. We also have an illustrator working here too. Downstairs there is the lounge area, kitchen, bathroom and photographic studio with super high ceilings and roller door access. It’s a large versatile space that can be configured to suit many uses - I currently use it as my photography studio but it could also be a place to sell your artwork or products if you have them. The downstairs studio can also be rented out at an additional cost for photoshoots, workshops & small events. We're opposite a nature reserve so it's a nice view out of all of the windows.
We are 5 minutes drive from Southland and the train station, and there is heaps of free all day street parking around.
There are also a number of hidden gem cafes in the surrounding area.
