Loop Studio is a light-filled warehouse in bayside Melbourne that has been recently renovated and features an abundance of natural light.
The main area is 25m x 12m and is the ultimate blank canvas! The concrete has been recently repaired and re-sealed and the entire building has been freshly painted. The beams are 4m high and we have a scissor lift onsite which we can make available for film/photography. 3 Phase power available / vehicle access via front of property. We have the space listed for day rates, but would be open to a longer-term lease for the right tenant which could potentially include racking.
