This space is located in an office that is shared between two businesses. Your Space is a private 12sqm (3m x 3.9m) work space with built in desks, access to a meeting room and a kitchenette, as well as a bathroom/toilet. The other space is occupied by a building designer.
White, bright space with built in desks and storage. As can be seen in the pictures, we have built in timber desk spaces, plenty of storage drawers and lots of natural light, with a polished concrete floor and exposed ceiling with drop down lighting. The space has its own split system for cooling/heating.
Located in Sandringham, roughly half way between Sandringham village and Southland. Within a 10 minute walking distance there is an Aldi, some food options and a 7-eleven.

Parking is available on the street. Sandringham Station (Sandringham Line) is approximately 30 minutes walk. Southland/station (Frankston Line) are a 20 minute walk.
The space is located on the second floor - there are no lifts, stairs only, thus unfortunately there is no wheel chair access.
