Mothership Studios is an XL warehouse in the heart of Marrickville on the unceded lands of the Gadigal and Wangal peoples. Founded in 2015, Mothership is a titan in the local arts community, hosting 20 art studios and countless exhibitions, workshops, film shoots and events over the past decade.
The Mezzanine studio is a mid-sized art studio of 11 square metres. It features natural wooden floorboards, partial natural light via a skylight and internal window, and is lockable. Perfect for all visual creative artists. The studio features free wifi and access to our common areas, including kitchen with gas cooktop, microwave, fridge and espresso machine with coffee included.
Mothership Studios is located a ten minute walk away from Sydenham train and metro station and a 5 minute walk from the 423, 426 and 430 bus routes. The studio is a short walk away from several cafes, restaurants and breweries, and is a 10 minute walk from the Marrickville Road strip.
