Space overview
Bright Green is a studio space in Marrickville. We are a collective dedicated to making thoughtful and well crafted things that lead to a brighter and hopefully greener future.
Tenants will have access to: - our communal kitchenette, - lunch and lounge areas, - 2 bathrooms and a shower, - high-speed internet - 24/7 access WE ARE OFFERING... Tenancy B: 20m2 at $225/week excl GST. This includes all bills, internet, weekly bins, and amenities. Tenants to be charged every four weeks. Tenancies can be customised by size in collaboration with future tenants. Please note: Partition frames are mid-height as pictured but will be cladded using recycled plastic sheets. Also, your studio space is open with no lockable doors. You will be sharing the space with People&Things, an industrial design firm, who have the upstairs tenancy. You will also be sharing the space with friendly creatives ranging from designers, candle makers and signwriters.
A GREAT AREA
You will be in an up and coming area near many food opportunities and micro breweries. A 5-minute stroll to Sydenham Station and to local parks. Easy cycling and parking.
