Space overview
The Maple Room is a fully air-conditioned, purpose-built rehearsal room with PA and backline supplied in the heart of Arana Hills. Mood lighting is included for effect. Easy access is available to the room via private vehicle or public transport - there is a bus stop nearby on South Pine Road.
The space is well lit with fluoros and also with LED stage lighting. The room has been deadened with sound deadening panels on walls and ceiling. Floor is fully carpeted. The reception area doubles as a small green room with a fridge; additional chill out room is available upstairs with bathroom and kitchen facilities.
The space is in a quiet industrial complex and so has no noise restrictions and minimal if any noise from adjoining businesses. However, it may not always be suitable for recording purposes due to some occasional exterior noise. The space is within the Check 1 2 PA Hire & Production warehouse.
