The studio is spacious and inviting, with approximately 80m2. The space would be perfect for an art therapist, an art teacher running workshops, or a group of artists looking to use the space during school hours 8:30am-3:00pm Monday to Friday on a regular basis. Cost is to be negotiated.
-There is an internal bathroom for you and your customers use. - Additional sink in the studio. - Air conditioned. - Mostly open plan area. There is a storage room as well. - Sonos music speaker for use in the studio. - It is located on the first floor; up one flight of stairs (not wheelchair accessible) - We ask that you do not use our art materials unless otherwise negotiated, as they are needed for our after school art lessons. Our Studio is located near the Albany Creek Shopping Centre. There is plenty of parking and the studio is within walking distance of a range of cafes and restaurants.

Access Hours
Monday to Friday 8:30am-3:00pm during school hours. Not available during the day Saturday. Weekend evenings are available upon request. School holiday workshops will be running each school holiday period, so there would need to be some flexibility/ negotiating around when to use the studio during those periods.
