Space 123 is a working studio located on Level 1 of the Salamanca Arts Centre. It is a larger Studio overlooking Wooby's Lane, with natural light from three large sash windows, and has its own water supply and sink. The space has stone and plaster walls, heritage wooden beams, and floorboards. There is additional fluorescent light, multiple powerpoints, and an NBN connection. Entry is via the stairs from Woobys Lane. Unfortunately this Space does not have level access, and can only be accessed via stairs.
Close to Hobart’s waterfront and a short walk from the city’s central business district, Salamanca Arts Centre hosts various arts spaces including studios and galleries in the historic sandstone warehouses on Salamanca Place.
