Creative office based in Alexandria's The Spurway Building shared with music and arts industry professionals.
Industrial-style building with a cafe on the ground floor and shared common spaces. Our open-plan office is decked out built-in shelving and cupboards, air-conditioning, and a kitchenette. There is a small dining table in the front of the office for quick catch-ups and lunches, all desks on the main/bottom floor have monitor arms installed for easy hot-desking. The mezzanine level has more built-in shelving and cupboards, and a large desk which can be used as a spacious meeting space for up to 5 people. Wifi and bills all included.
The Spurway Building has its own cafe on the ground floor perfect for meetings and lunch and is in walking distance to The Grounds of Alexandria, Park Sydney Village (Woolworths, Oporto, and multiple other cafes.
We're approx. 15min walk from Green Square, St Peters, and Erskineville stations. Short walk from buses to and from Newtown and Redfern.
