The lease includes access 7 days a week. A security tag will be issued for access after hours and weekends. You must have your own business insurance Starting at $220 a week for desk space and use of kitchen and appliances, cleaning and electricity (provided you don't have the aircon on day and night 24/7) Starting at $330 a week for the whole self contained office space upstairs. It will be freshly painted. Use of kitchen. Electricity will be 1/3 of the quarterly bill, which currently is approx $70 a month) We require a min 3 month lease if taking the whole upstairs space Flexible rates depending on how much space you wish to use and if you require to use our equipment - cutting table, iron, sewing machine, fitting area. Happy to discuss. Please, only serious inquiries. We are a professional business and don't wish to have time wasters. We welcome friendly, tidy people who like a clean and organised space. Flexible with dates of lease start and finish. We require a min of 3 months commitment to the lease and agreement to the terms and conditions (basic stuff nothing scary!) No groups or large crowds allowed in the studio. We work with delicate materials and hope to keep our space clean and tidy to ensure our clients work remains immaculate. Nothing smelly or dirty to be used in the space.
