Space overview
A warm, friendly, music loving, ground level studio space, currently shared by two architecture studios. We are looking for another like minded group of up to 3 people to make use of the available desks.
The dedicated space has 1m high partitions and planters within an open-plan office arrangement. There are 3 solid timber built-in desks available, measuring 700 x 1400mm. The architecturally designed fit out was completed early 2023 with high quality fittings and finishes. The space includes a 3.4 x 4m meeting room with a 55 inch TV and video conference capabilities, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor terrace fronting Regent Street. There is fast NBN internet (ethernet or wireless) (although subject to some train related drop-outs), and access to an A3 laser printer and copier.
The space is inviting, calm, well lit and a lovely place to work.
