The Mulbury Industrial Warehouse is with in walking distance to Highett station or a bus from Sandringham station. We are located on Advantage Rd the Arts Precinct of Bayside. Advantage Rd is full of other creatives. We have a professional art gallery @26 Advantage Gallery that operates all year
round.
