Studio 13 is a sunlit workspace that comes with all the essentials, including a large wooden desk with inbuilt drawers, heating and a large window overlooking a picturesque North Melbourne residential street. Now available for ongoing/ long-term lease. Housed on the second floor of North Melbourne’s iconic Meat Market, the entrance is adorned with a beautiful stained-glass window reminiscent of the studio’s heritage-listed location.
The Haymarket tram intersection and Victoria and Errol Street shops and eateries are just a short walk away.
Situated among 27 other studio spaces, the building boasts a vibrant community of over 40 creative practitioners including writers, musicians, designers and arts organisations and festivals.
Studio visits for this space are scheduled for Wednesday , September 4 2:00 - 3:00 pm and 5:30 - 6:00pm.
