Meat Market’s Cobblestone Pavilion makes up one side of the Main Pavilion. Divided by a set of louvre doors, the Cobblestone Pavilion features original cobblestone flooring and a custom-built circus truss to accommodate aerial rehearsals and performances.
The Cobblestone Pavilion houses everything from the intimate and technically simple to complex large-scale productions. Accommodating dance, theatre, music, multimedia, circus, conferences and much more, Meat Market’s team tailors hire packages to suit event and hire specifics. The entire Main Pavilion measures at 75m long, while the Cobblestone Pavilion is 17m wide x 31m long with a capacity of 600 people. When combined with the Flat Floor Pavilion, the entire space can accommodate up to 850 people.
Hirers must provide evidence of public liability cover for the duration of their hire. Hirers are responsible for organising liquor licenses and bar services if they wish to sell alcohol or serve alcohol as part of an event with charged admission. Liquor licenses must be supplied to Meat Market as a condition of hire.
