Second Story Studios is a creative and conscious community hub in the heart of Collingwood, ideally located on the corner of Johnston & Hoddle Streets. Studio #4 is a private studio space in a saw-tooth style warehouse that has been converted and freshly renovated.
Choose to rent either whole 34 sq/m private studio, or 60% of it (in front of the wooden partition). If choosing partial studio hire, rear will be used for storage and occasionally accessed by staff - you will have the space to yourself the majority of the time. All bills included, plus access to super speedy internet, use of our meeting room, yoga/meditation space, and communal kitchen.
Second Story is in the heart of Collingwood, bordering Abbotsford, on the corner of Hoddle and Johnston Streets.
It is close to all modes of public transport and very accessible.
There is an abundance of great cafes serving amazing food and coffee, as well as the Yarra river and Abbotsford convent only a short 10 minute walk away.
