Farmland with a photography studio to hire for creative projects. Our space combines a production location and a photography studio into one versatile space. Additionally, the studio serves as a convenient hub when production is taking place on the land.
The photography studio is located in the heart of Johnny's land and is filled with natural light, high ceilings, and polished concrete flooring. The studio measures 10m x 6.8m, with an additional covered area outside, providing ample space for creative teams to work and relax while on set. It comes fully equipped with everything necessary for photoshoots and serves as an excellent base for any creative team. Studio features include bathroom, shower, kitchenette, hair and makeup station, dining area, vintage and designer furniture, steamer, heavy duty C-stands, light diffusers, sandbags, clamps, iPhone tripod, speaker and wifi.
The property is located on Pottsville Road in Mooball, situated in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. It is conveniently located only thirty minutes away from both Byron Bay and Coolangatta. A 750 acre sugar cane and cattle farm passed through 4 generations of farmers. Filled with paddocks, cows, horse, old machinery, rustic sheds, a beautiful pine forest and rolling hills with a view of the coastline.
