This warehouse comprises of two levels. There is a ground floor private studio and upstairs there is a working 80sqm Art studio which is used by the owner but also. available for hire on request.
The Private studio is an empty blank canvas. Concrete walls and floor with high ceilings (3700mm) and 3m opening with high roller door. The Art Studio is fully kitted out with work benches, easels, storage, art and ceramic equipment, kitchenette and toilet. This light filled space has a 4m balcony and double sliding doors.
The space is located a 2 minute drive from the Pacific Highway both North and Southbound access. It is 10 minutes from Coolangatta Airport and from the Tweed Coast beaches. 30 minutes to Byron Bay and Central Gold Coast. 90 Minutes from Brisbane. There is access to a BP Service Centre within a 5 minute walk with restaurants. Cafes and Restaurants are less than a 10 min drive in Kingscliff, Tweed, Cabarita Beach and Chinderah Riverside.
