Space overview
An open-planned creative space for every creative mind. Wether you want to hot desk amongst other creatives or hire the space for workshops and exhibitions, highLIGHT Studiospace is tailored to adapt to our communities needs.
The space is lit with adjustable gallery-grade lighting (CRI 95+, colour tuneable), featuring a communal table in the middle, with a cozy couch and coffee table nearby. Our kitchenette has free tea, coffee, and a variety of snacks, as well as a toaster, microwave, hot/cold filtered water dispenser, full-sized fridge, and a mini dishwasher. Desks are paired with ergonomic chairs, with monitors available on request. We have a bookable meeting pod for when you need to take calls. There's also a shared multifunction colour laser printer with included printing as part of memberships, as well as 3D printing services.
The space is located right in the heart of Northcote with a tram stop right out the front, providing eyes on the space for any activations and events. The space is close to multiple quality cafes, resturants and local shops such as salons, pet stores and more. It is a 5 minute walk to Northcote Plaza, with a post office, supermarkets (ALDI and not one, but two Coleses) and a 5 minute walk from any type of public transport you desire, tram, train or bus.

The 86 tram stops right out the front of the premises. Northcote and Croxton stations are a 5 minute walk, the 11 tram is a 10 minute walk and bus routes are a 5 minute walk away.
Parking
1 hour parking is often available on High Street from 9am to 5pm, after 5pm it is unlimited time restriction. Unlimited parking available on nearby side streets often, about 3 minute walk.
