My private space is set up for a ceramics manufacturing and sculpture. The space is open plan with lots of shelving. The afternoon sun is gorgeous, especially with the garage door open to the street. Its a space I routinely get messy but tidies up really well. The space is 80sqm, features a large kiln, wheels, pugmill, tables, a small kitchenette. I'm open to its use. Pop up space, etc
