Located within the edgy Industry Hub Building, only 2km from the CBD and in close proximity to public transport and freeway access, this precinct has enormous potential for growth with lots of networking opportunities within the building.

If you're looking for a creative and flexible space, look no further! Light, bright, and smack bang in the middle of South Melbourne, the space has high ceilings, polished concrete floors and an inclusive environment. The space is currently shared by two owners of a small but thriving creative agency. We currently have a desk available and are looking for like-minded professionals who don't mind a chat about all things creative and digital or a cheeky bev on a Friday afternoon.
The ideal tenants would be other creative professionals. There is a high possibility of freelance opportunities to suitably talented designers. Web developers, digital designers, product designers, advertising & copywriters or other complimentary talents, would also be of interest.
