Studio space for rent We have desk spaces to rent in our studio for small design or creative practices or individual creatives. We have natural lighting, fresh air & control Desks are adjacent to floor to ceiling windows with great natural light and fantastic city views. Daylight blinds reduce screen glare if required. The doors opening directly to the balcony provide fresh air into the studio space and air-con manages the extremes of summer and winter. We can provide storage Three types of storage are offered; personal storage beside your desk, communal book shelves and some limited space for larger items in our storeroom. We have laser printing / photocopying A3/A4 colour + BW printing is available at a ‘per-copy’ rate.
Our space is in buzzing China Town with easy access to great cafes, restaurants and bars. Its a short walk to supermarkets, supply stores, printers and all forms of public transport including CBD bike routes.
