The space features lined, white gallery-style walls, a smooth epoxy-painted floor and a vaulted ceiling with exposed timber and concrete beams. A concrete platform in the middle of the space can be utilised as a stage (with DDA approval). There is a combination of standard 10amp GPOs dotted about the perimeter walls, and a total of 4, centrally located 32 amp 3 phase outlets. The facility also comes with a 32amp distribution board fitted with 20, 15 and 10 amp outlets. The venue features an 85% blackout during daylight hours projecting on the vast walls a possibility. The rooftop annex also features 3 unisex washrooms, running water and drainage.

The Lonsdale Street precinct consists of four adjacent properties situated on the edge of Melbourne’s vibrant Chinatown and Greek precincts; Spanning from Tattersalls Lane to Celestial Avenue and fronting onto Lonsdale Street.

Bourke Street Precinct consists of a multi-story car park with vehicle access from Hardware Lane and Bourke Street and pedestrian access (by arrangement) via Platypus Alley, Racing Club and Warburton Lanes.
