Video/Photography, mirrors, floorboards, tables, audio, lighting trays, the list is endless however, these items would be at an additional cost to the per hour rate of hire.
We are located just off the M5 freeway. Our location is literally a 2-minute walk to Bunnings so if you need anything to assist with your creative work, you know you have it at your doorstop. Our Warehouse/Studio is located in a prime location within a large Office/Business/Industrial lot where there are other film, cleaning and businesses that can support your needs without having to search elsewhere. Located 5 minutes from the bus stop and about 15 minutes from Padstow Train Station the location is accessible by all means of transport.

Prices are negotiable based on the duration you hire the hall. NO BOND REQUIRED as we always have staff present at all bookings for your assistance. Caretaker and security costs are optional and only if you wish for us to provide these. Cleaning is charged at $150 per hour. If you wish for us to assist with Bump In or Bump Out additional fees may apply.
