BKLYN Studios has a total area of 145 sqm of creative space, including a 40sqm Cyclorama and 60 sqm of office, kitchen, and bathroom facilities. The Cyclorama ceiling is acoustically tiled and it's immediate area can be screened with a 10m span of high quality 500sqm wool drapes (fully lined) as an additional acoustic tool and staging asset .  The work area of the studio space also provides around 100sqm for collaborative work and equipment placement.  A comfortable lounge area is provided in the studio and enough portable furniture to allow the configuration of the area to suit your specific project needs. The studio is fully air conditioned and roller door access for equipment and any related deliveries for your project is straight from the driveway onto the space and accompanied with free all day parking only metres from the facility.  The location is semi industrial on the beach side of Nepean Highway in the Bayside area of Melbourne with rail transport nearby and close access to a host of retail, hospitality, and business suppliers to meet all personal and project needs of your creative team while on site at BKLYN Studios.
