We currently have one 10m2 studio available for lease in the Writer’s Wing of the Convent Building. The former nun’s dormitory has high ceilings with cathedral height windows and plenty of natural light.
The room has a view of the precinct, is self-contained and lockable, and comes with hydronic heating. Shared kitchenette facilities and bathrooms with shower facilities are nearby. Sitting alongside the Yarra Capital Trail, the Convent is accessible by bike or via public transport. All tenants receive a discount for use of a 300-space onsite car park.
