The space is upstairs in a large warehouse space, sharing a wall with a recording studio (sound proofing between and recordings only happen sporadically). Other tenants include festival decor crew, glass blower, visual artist, graffiti artist and creative storage.
The interior is a big warehouse space with lofts for creative studios. One has two visual artists and the other a musician/singing teacher/recording studio.
Close to Merri Creek. Quiet industrial area surrounded by other creative warehouses we are friends with.
