Located in a 130-year-old independently-run arts precinct that incorporates a gallery, handmade gift shop, and teaching & events space. The Old Auction House Precinct is home to 4 studios which are available for rent by artists in any medium. Studio have high ceilings, open work area, access to WIFI, kitchenette, toilets, and library, and is securely lockable. The following studio spaces are housed in the precinct: Studio 1: Leadlight By Ettore A two-generation glass art business teaching, and creating new commissions and repairs Studio 2: Kyneton Craftery party workroom 3.5m x 6m - Accessible doorway and good visibility to the precinct. Located at the local's end of town the studios are within walking distance to the main streets of Kyneton and to a variety of cafes and shops as well under 1km walk to the train station.

By arrangement, any studio wishing to teach can have their sessions included on the precinct website booking software to increase reach of classes.
The onsite shop space is available to assist with receiving any mail or parcels if you are not onsite at the time of delivery, and also allows for couriers to collect outgoing parcels.
