The HUB @ Docklands is a community facility that offers affordable multi-purpose spaces to the residents and visitors of the Docklands. The Long Room ($19.40 p/h) fits 15 seated theatrette style, suitable for groups of 2-15 there is a small T.V. and DVD player and white walls to project onto. The Atrium ($53.45 p/h): fits 80 people standing (60-70 sitting). Note: This room is the first access point for the building so please be aware that other bookings may walk through. The Glasshouse ($26.00 p/h) fits 30 seated theatrette style, suitable for groups of 2-15 The Cinema Room ($37.70p/h) fits 35 seated theatrette style, suitable for groups of 10-35. Includes data projector and screen. Parkview Room ($19.35 p/h) located on the first floor overlooking the the main hall of the building. The Parkview Room is flooded with natural light and is ideal for small workshops of up to 10 capacity. View booking forms.
