The Factory is a purpose built co-working art studio and meeting place in Mornington's Industrial precinct. A completely refurbished character filled 1950’s warehouse over-looking the creek and parklands. It's the perfect environment for creative thinking and making, with spaces for communal gathering and quiet contemplation. Beautifully positioned facing north and with large glass doors, there's a lot that is appealing to any artist or designer.

Our space is in close walking proximity to boutique cafe's and retail outlets in Mornington industrial estate.
