Space overview
A former butcher shop with some remaining semi-industrial fit-out. Internal shower and toilet. Undercover load in area with rear lane access – see the parking notes. This is an oddball space for an interesting shoot location.
The fridge and freezer would make for interesting shots. The space is 21 metres long with a view through the entire hallway. The main space is about 10 metres long. Currently there is a giant stainless steel table in the main space. It can be moved around the space (with effort) but currently cannot be removed so don't ask (I'm working on it). Feel free to get in touch with questions, I'll meet location scouts and also do virtual walkthroughs for genuine hire interest. It's an incredibly unusual, very raw space (just took it on, so it's a work in progress).
On the edge of Brunswick, close to Moreland road. Nice cafes not far, super easy PT on 1 & 6 trams.

Access Hours
Variable, between 7am - 9pm, depending on activity. Negotiated individually, based on access requirements. Also get in touch to Zoom for a walkthrough or arrange a time to see the space. It's very unusual and industrial. Terrible fluorescent lighting, so BYO lights only.

Transport options
- Bus
- Tram
Close to the corner of Moreland Road, the space is basically at 'the top of Lygon' street on the 1 and 8 tram lines.
Parking
There is rear to the building access and a very small, very tight courtyard that can fit a hatchback car (not a Sedan). Parking there is possible, though I don't bother because of how annoying it is! The laneway cannot be parked in other than for 20 minutes to unload as it is accessed at all times of the day by neighbours. There is a lot of 2 hour parking in the surrounding streets and on the main street, and untimed parking a block or so away.
