The Commons is a creative workspace designed for you. Our mission is to provide an environment that allows businesses to connect and grow, and we achieve this through continuous research and mindful consideration of every aspect within our spaces.
The Commons South Melbourne will be home to over 200 creative minds. We believe ideas thrive in healthy environments, so we will create an ideal working and living environment, combining creativity and wellness. Our facilities will have an open-air garden, two large outdoor terraces, a spin cycle studio, yoga studio, library, five meeting rooms, private offices and a shared working space. To keep things from getting too serious, we will also feature a communal space with arcade machines, ping pong arena, a brain storming wall and beer and cider on tap.
Located only a few minutes walk from South Melbourne Market and trams into the CBD, South Melbourne will have a new home for the curious minds.
