Creative Plus Business is based in a beautiful terrace house located just steps from Central Station in Sydney, and we sublet private office space to other creative and arts-service businesses. Our space is light, fun and full of creatives dedicated to pursuing their business and craft.

Since we’re all creatives, we prefer our tenants to be a creative business or organisation, an arts practitioner or partnership, or a service provider working primarily with creatives (such as a lawyer or accountant). The tenants we are seeking include creative co-ops, groups and other arts not-for-profits. We're also happy to rent to people/businesses who wish to share the space - as long as they apply together. We run a fun, friendly and informal ship here – our office is in busy Surry Hills and so we welcome a bit of noise and activity. And dogs!
We’re located in the bustling and creative hub of Surry Hills, just moments away from public transport, cafes, bars and eateries.
