T.O.M.S Place, Private, lockable 10.6m2 studio

Well lit studio space with natural light and light wooden aesthetics. This studio is situated on our Mezzanine level and has a gradient roof. There are currently desks in the space, which are optional. This space is 34.8m2 however there is a large beam that runs through the middle of the space rendering only half of the space usable for desk space. The other half of the space is great for storage.

Once home to Brunswick’s first produce market, we’ve brought life back to this 1930s gem in creating a home for small businesses, community events and skill-sharing - with a particular focus on creativity.

The leafy pedestrian-only laneway is a cultural destination and hive of activity featuring great cafes, independent local retailers and small businesses. Located just off Sydney Road, it’s close to trains, trams, busses, dedicated bike paths and of course, the buzz of Brunswick.
