Space overview
SunPAC is the premier cultural precinct in Sunnybank and surrounding areas and provides world class performing arts and entertainment. The facility includes a theatre with seating capacity for 300 people*, stage, rehearsal room, box office and car parking. The venue is available for hire and is used by conference organisers, touring performers, schools, local artists, dance schools and amateur theatre groups. SunPAC offers 50% off venue hire fees to all registered not-for-profit organisations. Please note to access our community fees, a current non-for-profit incorporated certificate is required. The very versatile space can accommodate for corporate or community events and utilise the theatre as well as foyer space. The contemporary architecture utilises natural light and highlights views across the courtyard and sports grounds. The Theatre is a meeting place of community whether for Art and Culture, for meetings and conferences, or relaxation and private gatherings. *currently 100pax capacity
