Most days, you will find you have the space to yourself; the area is the largest and tucked away around the corner. Plenty of wall space or floor space. Walls will be left bare, and some furniture will remain, including a desk and bookshelves (also a painting palette for use, if wanted). The studio has exceptionally high ceilings, yet the access to the room has a narrow hallway and standard door size. The space has access to a sink and toilets. Unfortunately, it is on the first floor and not wheelchair accessible. It is only accessible via stairs. However, there is a lift, which is helpful for carrying furniture and materials up. 24 hr access to the building.

You are in the heart of Fitzroy and close to the CBD. The building is filled with creative brands and designers. Close to shops and thousands of unique cafes/bars. Busses and trams are right outside. The space is extremely secure and feels very safe to be in, even for the night owls.
