One wall is fully windowed with access to balcony and an abundance of natural light. Kitchenette includes Nespresso and tea making facilities as well as fridge, micro-wave and ample cutlery and crockery.
Right off Lorimer St in the Portside Business Park, this building is a stones throw from the city, Bay St Port Melbourne and the beach. It is dually accessible from Lorimer and Salmon St. Restaurants, take away and cafes can be found within walking distance on Salmon St and a lunch shop is available next door.

We also have a custom built mobile Zoom station which lives in the boardroom equipped with optimised meeting microphones, HD camera and LCD monitor among other technological conveniences.
