Space overview
A spacious, light filled, welcoming co-work space in a refreshed and renovated mechanic's factory. You will be working amongst a small team of interior designers in a bright and vibrant workspace that nurtures creativity and idea sharing.
Located on Level 1 of the building, access via staircase. NO lift access to level one. The space is open and zoned methodically. Panoramic glazing that wrap around the North, East and Western faces to provide an abundance of natural light. Linear pendant lighting over workstations to provide effective task lighting. Ergonomic Herman Miller task chairs and workstations. There is a spacious kitchen, with Miele appliances including fridge/ freezer, drawer fridge, dishwasher, Hot/Cold Zip tap and two microwave ovens. Two unisex bathrooms, one includes a shower.
Our space is conveniently located on the edge of Richmond and Burnley, right next to Burnley station and just off Swan Street thus providing easy access to public transport.
Great 4hr street parking under the bridge on Madden Grove.
There are many local cafe's nearby, including Friends of Mine, Serotonin and Jethro. Close proximity to officeworks and post office.

Burnley station is essentially connected to the building so only a couple mins walk. No. 70 Tram runs along Swan street so again a minute walk away.
Parking
Parking in surrounding area is good with 4hr parking available across the other side of Burnley station and couple mins walk using the underpass to come up next to the studio.
