The Albion Hotel is a newly renovated pub on Smith Street Collingwood. The upstairs area is partly used as the office & storage area for the pub along with 3 studio rooms available for rent. One room is already occupied by a group doing skin art and we are looking for more creative people to move in
The interior of the upstairs area is clean & light with a really nice vibe. There is a shared kitchenette & a hallway suitable for a waiting room. The space is relatively quiet but not suitable for creative people needing total silence. Tenants can hang whatever they like on the walls as the landlords are very relaxed & accomodating. We are looking for skin artists, writers, designers, painters, digital artists & any other creative people who need a fun space to work in
The location is in the heart of Collingwood & Fitzroy with all the shops, cafes, bars & restaurants within a short walk.

We want to fill these 3 studio rooms with creative people who would enjoy working upstairs at a cool pub & working on Smith Street. The current body art tenants in Studio 3 love the space & the location, as it fits in with who they are as artists. They have a great relationship with our staff. We are looking for similar creative people to who will fit in & love the space, the venue & the other tenants.
