Suitable for individuals or a small team, you'll have exclusive use of this area, with the option to enclose it or leave it open to the communal space. The large communal space consists of a kitchen and lounge area, balcony and three work areas. One area is shared by cosplayers, who are usually in weekends or after hours, and I work in the other area during normal business hours making custom silicone prosthetics for amputees. The suite consists of two private rooms - one I use as an office and the other rented by a mortgage broker, a bathroom with shower, and the communal areas. The building is equipped with a lift, intercom system at the entrance, and a garage. The office is dog-friendly.
Located near the corner of Plenty Road and Bell St. Easy walking distance to several cafes and pubs. Short walk to Preston High St for all the cafes and restaurants.
