We currently have a large private studio for rent - with lots of natural light and fabulous Prahran roof top views!!! Our incredible space in Prahran homes our music school The SoundLab and shares the same floor of our 700 sqm warehouse conversion, with a theatre company. Featuring a large contemporary space, with flexible room configuration The SoundLab can adapt to a variety of event situations especially; themed music events, launches, showcases, exhibitions, photographic shoots and more. We have two stages and a production suite on site. We have a reception desk and communal lounge areas with a kitchen facility. The venue also features 5x private studios in varying sizes, this studio is one of which is currently available for longer term rental. Our studio spaces are self-contained and lockable, perfect for small businesses and freelancers. Ideal for music or acting teachers, TV or audio production, photographers, web & graphic designers, digital marketers or other creative fields. These rooms are also available for rehearsal, we have an array of musical instruments and an acoustic piano. This studio also comes with a good quality portable aircon unit.
