Studio 1 of The SoundLab

We currently have two of our well sized private studios for rent! Take one or both!! Studio 1 is the bigger of the two rooms, currently laid out as a sound recording space. Some acoustic treatment has been done to Studio 2 the smaller 'control room'. There is a window through to the bigger L shaped Studio 1. Our incredible space in Prahran homes our music school The SoundLab and shares the same floor of our 700 sqm warehouse conversion, with a theatre company. Featuring a large contemporary space, with flexible room configuration The SoundLab can adapt to a variety of event situations especially; themed music events, launches, showcases, exhibitions, photographic shoots and more. We have two stages and a production suite on site. We have a reception desk and communal lounge areas with a kitchen facility. The venue also features 5x private studios in varying sizes, Studio 1 is currently available for longer term rental. Our studio spaces are self-contained and lockable, perfect for small businesses and freelancers. Ideal for music or acting teachers, TV or audio production, photographers, web & graphic designers, digital marketers or other creative fields. These rooms are also available for rehearsal, we have an array of musical instruments and an acoustic piano.
