Space overview
SthSthKingSt is home of Nudenight Lifedrawing, PEOWPEOW design, Alan Somerville Fine Art, & the all new Gallery & Cafe which are just in completion now. This is an established commercial artspace of some 7 years, and we have torn up and made a studio from scratch available to the right fit.
It presently is raw, and if you are quick enough we can modify to your needs. Concrete floor and bare bones walls. It's not pretty this second, but if you moved in and joined the building we could knock it into shape in no time.
The name of the building is due to its location which runs directly off the southern end of South King St Newtown. Directly opposite the beautiful Sydney Park. Close to public transport, and our own cafe STU has just opened weekends in the building. Go to www.sthsthkingst.com and check us out.

It's not cheap for the buildings overall rustic charm, but it is a great opportunity for the right someone who could make the most of the fact that we are building a mini-arts precinct.
