Space overview
Equiped with two rehearsal spaces, a common area, kitchenette and two toilets this is the perfect space for a small event or workshop, band or duo rehearsal, music teaching or a quite work space.
The common area consists of desk, printer, couch, stools. The kitchenette consists of kettle, microwave, small fridge, cutlery and tea and coffee provided at no additional charge. Rehearsal room 1 consists of an upright piano, desk , amp , mic and mic stand. Rehearsal room 2 consists of a acoustic drum kit, desk, small yamaha keyboard, amp, acoustic guitar, electric guitar and plug in’s. Extra Bose S1 PA’s, dj booth, dj deck, and a extra keyboard can be provided at an additional cost.
Our space is located right in the middle of Koornang Rd, surrounded by some of the best food and coffee in Melbourne and only a 3 minute walk from the train station.
