Space overview
This space is approx. 7 X 6 m/sq. with a 9-metre-high ceiling. Superb natural lighting in the daytime with ceiling high windows on the west wall. There are 3-metre-high black walls on the perimeter of the space and there is access to bathroom facilities. There are two PA systems available – 1800 watt 20 Channel powered mixing desk with 2200 watt dual 15 inch speakers and a 2X250 watt 10 Channel powered mixing desk with 800 watt speakers. Up to 3 vocal microphones can be included. SoulTech Studios is an emerging business located in a commercial zone of Preston close to Darebin Creek and Northland shopping centre. The premises has been set up to accommodate music classes, music production and rehearsals. This space is suitable for a variety of uses - music rehearsals, photography studio, art gallery, theatre productions, and function room. It can be hired on a short or long-term basis.
