The light-filled first floor space is open plan with stained dark timber floors and painted brick walls. Long, long walls. Versatile and adaptable, while being full of charm and character. There aren't many like this left! The space has refurbished original features including painted barn/stable doors, high ceilings and arched windows. The west-facing windows overlooking Smith St, provide an abundance of natural light, while floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains give privacy from the adjacent space. The space can be used as a blank canvas for eCommerce and product shoots, or styled as a warm and charming living room for lifestyle shoots. The studio can also be used as an event space.
