Space could include workshop area to run workshops 1 - 15 people, floor is currently carpeted but could be changed to allow wet workshops, pottery, painting etc Storage room could be used as a dark room - very versatile space.
Walking distance from train station and bus stop, next to the Black Bee bar, near a great little cafe and right next to the Top tourist rail - Puffing Billy. Main street shops are just around the corner in picturesque Belgrave, the entrance to the Dandenong Hills.

Belgrave station is the end of the line and it is approximately a 5min walk from the station to the space. The bus stop is also close by approximately a 2min walk from the location.
Parking
Parking can be problematic but after October 2023 the new Belgrave station carpark will have been finished, it holds over 600 car spaces - only a 5min walk away.
