Artists, creative practitioners and creative business, activate a vacant shopfront. We've opened expressions of interest for a 12 month license opportunity to work, exhibit and/or sell in North Melbourne. This is an incubator space to help springboard your practice.

About the space:
Shop 54 is a 46m2 space located at 54 Errol Street, North Melbourne.
- Main shopfront area (ground floor front room) – approximately 46m2
- Approximately 3m ceiling height
- Rear carpeted room with adjoining kitchen. Bathroom upstairs with 3 large rooms
- Rear courtyard with laneway access
- Secure front and rear entrance
- Standard 240v domestic power supply (inc. lighting)
- 24 hour access
- Load in/out by negotiation only (to be kept at a minimum)
- Ground floor gas heating
Excessively messy work or excessively loud practices are not permitted. The space must not be damaged or altered. Sleeping is not permitted onsite.
